Supplier Qualification Review

• Qualification Requirements: According to the Technical Specification for the Application of Resilient Flooring, suppliers are required to provide nationally recognized inspection reports. Priority is given to suppliers that have obtained ISO 9001 certification. For example, PVC resins must comply with national standards, and plasticizers must pass the EU REACH regulation certification.

• Tiered Management: Establish a supplier pool based on the criticality of raw materials (e.g., PVC resins as Class A and pigments as Class B). Class A suppliers are required to submit third-party inspection reports quarterly, while Class B suppliers submit self-inspection reports biannually.

Incoming Inspection Process

• Sampling Rules: Conduct sampling inspection for no less than 5% of each batch, with a focus on testing key indicators (e.g., the viscosity of PVC resins and the acid value of linseed oil).

• Inspection Items:

• Physical Properties: Thickness deviation, hardness, tensile strength, etc.
