PVC composite flooring is a flooring material made primarily of polyvinyl chloride. Due to its wear-resistant, slip-resistant, and environmentally friendly properties, it is widely used in dance studios, hospitals, laboratories, and other places with high requirements for floor performance. Its core advantage lies in achieving a balance between functionality and safety through material formulation and structural design, making it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring anti-static, fire-resistant, or rapid installation.

 

The main component of PVC composite flooring is polyvinyl chloride resin, which, through the addition of plasticizers, stabilizers, and conductive materials, forms a multi-layered composite structure. Its surface finish can reach A1μm, and its wear resistance passes a 3000-revolution test, resisting daily friction and scratches. It has a fire rating of Class A, belonging to non-combustible materials; when exposed to open flame, it only carbonizes without spreading, meeting the fire safety regulations for public places such as hospitals and schools. Furthermore, conductive fibers embedded in the flooring can discharge static electricity, preventing equipment malfunctions or safety hazards caused by static buildup.
