The production process of "PVC welding wire" is used for hot air welding or extrusion welding of PVC plastic products.
Raw material formulation: Polyvinyl chloride resin is the main material, combined with plasticizer (5-7 parts DOP), stabilizer (5 parts tribasic lead sulfate), and lubricant (0.5 parts paraffin wax) to ensure the flexibility and thermal stability of the welding wire.
Mixing and plasticizing: High-speed mixing using a Z-type kneader ensures uniform dispersion of the raw materials.
Extrusion molding: Plasticization is performed using a single-screw extruder (Φ45mm) at 160-190℃, with a screw speed of 15-24 r/min, precisely controlling the melt flowability.
Stage cooling: First, hot water spray at 40-60℃ is used for shaping, followed by thorough cooling with cold water to prevent deformation.
Precision cutting: Cut to equal lengths up to 1000mm with a tolerance of ±1mm to meet standard welding requirements.
