PVC welding wire (also known as PVC plastic welding rod) is mainly used for welding polyvinyl chloride (PVC), UPVC, CPVC and other plastic materials, commonly found in chemical pipelines, plastic flooring, and car bumper repair. Its maintenance focuses on preventing material aging and proper storage and use to ensure welding quality and service life.

Dry and ventilated environment: It should be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place, away from moisture and corrosive gases, to avoid moisture absorption that can cause bubbles or reduced strength during welding.

Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight may accelerate the aging of PVC materials, reducing flexibility and welding performance.

Prevent physical damage: Avoid collisions, friction or heavy pressure during handling and storage to prevent deformation of the welding wire or damage to the surface coating.
